Zak Watson, Owner of Watson Mold and Air Quality

Since acquiring his first professional role, Zak Watson – Owner of Watson Mold and Air Quality, has sought to understand his field and his work at a level that allows him to instruct his peers, subordinates, and even his leadership. By seeking all available information and ensuring the validity of his conclusions, Zak has found how to teach and develop those around him, regardless of the job, industry, or situation.

Meet Zak

This approach was first developed when Zak worked as a High School History Teacher in both Illinois and California. Following a short stint of working in High Schools, Zak shifted industries and eventually became a Marketing Director for a local company, based in San Diego, CA.

During his time in San Diego, Zak was awarded annually for establishing new local benchmarks and outperforming 99.9% of his peers throughout the United States.

Serving in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer and directing live missions, while stationed at Beale AFB, CA, deepened Zak’s teaching toolbelt in yet another industry. Acquiring the rank of Captain and the position of Chief of Standards and Evaluations, for the 9th Intelligence Squadron, allowed Zak to establish standards, curriculum, best practices, policies and procedures, and weapons system qualifications for the entire 1200-person 548th Intelligence Reconnaissance & Surveillance Group. Just before retiring from the Air Force, Zak started a real estate practice right outside of the Sacramento, CA area. Fast-forward five years, Zak has bought, sold, and referred over $50,0000,000 worth of real estate.
